Currently targeted at people who are unemployed, you will take part in SmartMatching’s unique Remote Working Skills programme to prepare you for a remote role. This programme is free of charge and ensures that you have the right skills to build trust, communicate effectively and work to outcomes – the basics that a remote customer service expert needs. The programme will help you build the confidence and skills to excel from day one. There will be plenty of support on hand for you during the programme and after you have completed it.

If you are successful at an interview, recruitment and full training will be carried out virtually. The hiring company will provide a full kit (laptop, mouse, headset). Training, development and well-being are all key parts of the company’s culture, and there are many events you can get involved in while working remotely, including yoga sessions, charity fundraising events and employee assistance programmes, should you ever need it.
